    We recognise how wonderfully talented nannies are, and we want to find you a role you will love and be valued in.

    We champion nannies everywhere, and we love sharing our ideas, tips and tricks with others in our supportive community.

    Even after we’ve placed you- we’re always here. Often our clients choose to use our contract writing and built-in nanny employment service, meaning you work as an employee of The Nanny Club. You’ll always have expert management, help and reassurance right there if you need it.

    Getting to know all of our nannies is extremely important to us, and we ensure we meet every candidate at least once in person for interview.

    The Nanny Club only considers membership for candidates who possess valid documentation:

    -The right to work in the UK

    -A current DBS check (previously known as a CRB check)

    -Certification of qualifications

    -First aid certification

    -A driving liscense

    -Adequate nannying insurance

    We also review a minimum of 2 references before allowing a nanny to join us at The Nanny Club.

    If you have any supporting portfolio material or blog your nannying on any platforms, we’d love to see.

  • Either your nanny family will manage this, or we will. We are always happy to provide guidance on this.

  • It is a part of our terms and conditions for candidates that you don’t provide your contact details at any point before a job offer is made. This is to ensure fairness and safety for every party during the recruitment process.

  • Absolutely! Even if you’re not quite ready to look for a position, we offer portfolio building guidance and can support you in finding a perfect role.
